PINES Customer Satisfaction Survey

Have you been to PINES outdoor pool this summer season? We want to hear from you!  

You are invited to participate in our Pines Customer Satisfaction Survey. This survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and is available until Sunday 25 February 2024.  

Confidentiality 

This survey is being conducted by Swinburne University, and all responses will be treated in strictest confidence. 

Prize draw 

As an incentive, all completed surveys go into the draw to win a $100 Rebel Sport Voucher. To be in the draw to win, you will need to provide preferred contact details at the end of the survey and the winner will be notified by email.

The Aquatic Playground is going to be closed from Thursday 11 December – Friday 12 December at PARC however our sister Centre PINES is hosting Free Family Friday, so head on down on Friday from 4pm for a free swim and sausage sizzle!
