Whether it`s doing a workout at home, going for a walk with a friend, or coming into Centre to get in your 30-20-2, it all contributes to supporting your mental health 🧠
Join our over-60s Can Swim Program 🏊
Join our Can Swim sessions to help build water safety, confidence and basic water skills. Book one or all sessions. These sessions are for beginners only, adults who cannot swim aged over 60 – focused on safety, not strokes.
📅 Dates: Every Tuesday in October (You can book for one session all)
🕐 Time: 8.00am – 8.45am
🎟️ Cost: Free
Bookings are open for both members and non-members aged over 60 years old, via the link in our bio.

HVAC improvement works start today 🚧👷
Just a friendly reminder that our HVAC improvement projects begin today and will be ongoing until Friday 16 October.
We will be completing two important projects:
🚧 Rust Air Duct Rectification Works
💨 Warm Water Pool Accessible Changeroom Ventilation Upgrade
The accessible changerooms in Warm Water Pool area will be temporarily closed from Monday 5 – Friday 16 October. Alternative accessible change facilities are available in the Family Change area as well as upstairs, which is accessible via the elevator. Our team will be on hand to assist members who require support.
