Introducing the new Peninsula Leisure Xplor App

Your Peninsula Leisure experience on the go!

Last year we launched our new Xplor Customer Portal, making it easy for you to manage your and your family’s activities, bookings and memberships at our facilities.

Many of you have shared feedback with us about how much you would like to see the introduction of a mobile App to enhance your experience.

Today, we’re excited to introduce the new Peninsula Leisure Xplor App! This App enhances your experience and becomes an important companion to the Customer Portal.

Here’s what you can do with the new Peninsula Leisure Xplor App:

Book single drop-in events, including all your Group Exercise classes, Splash Island and Skate sessions.
Withdraw from single events if your plans change. Remember to cancel at least 2 hours prior to your session.
View all your bookings in one place with the Schedules feature (including PARC Swim, personal training, appointments and more).
View personal contact information for yourself and family members in your account.
View membership details and status for you and your family (account).

Phase 1 is now live for Apple iOS and Google Android

Phase 1 of the App is the first iteration. The App’s features will continue to expand as Xplor Recreation release quarterly updates and improvements.
For now, please remember that some features are still only available on the Xplor Customer Portal, which you can access via your mobile device, computer or tablet.

You will still need to use your Customer Portal for:

• Updating personal and financial information
• Purchasing memberships
• Booking specific appointments in the Health Club or Sales Tours
• Booking PARC Swim ongoing classes and make-ups

Download the App from the Apple Store and Google Play
Ready to get started? Download the Peninsula Leisure Xplor App and take your Peninsula Leisure experience on the go!

Our Group Exercise Check-in process is changing – Please check in at the Kiosk

To compliment the Peninsula Leisure Xplor App, we have additional improved technology to enhance the group exercise check in process in centre at PARC.
Next time you visit, you will notice our Check-In Kiosks downstairs at reception, and upstairs in the health club foyer area.

To check into your class/es you must:

• Scan your membership band at the kiosk, or
• Scan your barcode found within your Xplor App (NEW FEATURE!)

You can then check yourself into all your upcoming booked classes over the next 4 hours, including any multiple classes you are attending back-to-back.
Remember to still scan your membership band through the turnstiles on the way into the Centre!

Have you heard of Incidental Exercise? 🧹🚶‍♀️

Incidental exercise is physical activity that occurs naturally as part of your daily routine! It’s the small bursts of activity you accumulate throughout the day, such as carrying in the groceries, or playing with the kids, that helps you achieve your 30-20-2.

Some examples of Incidental Exercise are:
- Doing housework like vacuuming, mopping, or gardening
- Walking up stairs instead of taking elevator or escalator
- Parking further away from your destination to get your steps up
- Walking during lunch breaks, or having a standing meeting

Remember, all movement counts! 🌟

For more information about 30-20-2, or helpful resources and workouts to get you moving, head to our Digital Hub.
