Pru’s 8-week Transformation Program

Next challenge starts July 17

Since February this year Pru, one of our personal trainers in the gym has embarked on two 8-week transformation challenges that has involved over 100 members transforming their bodies. With the support from Lucinda (personal trainer and group exercise instructor) the program has almost doubled.

Challengers have noted considerable changes both in energy levels, body shape and positive mindset from the challenge.

The challenge includes an 8 week strength element, 1 PT session per week, a super Sunday session with all challengers, before and after photos, In Body composition scanning and also access to a private Facebook group allowing open feedback/communication and for Pru and Lucinda to offer daily food and exercise tips and support.

This challenge was designed by Pru to help each participant gain lean muscle, burn body fat, become stronger, leaner and fitter whilst learning key elements about nutrition to compliment their training.

PT sessions can range anywhere from a 1 on 1 or up to 5 in a group.

If you would like any further information or are interested in the next 8 week challenge which starts on July 17 contact Pru through her Facebook group.

⭐️ Swimming for a cause: Meet Clinton Hosie ⭐️

This February, PARC Aquatic Access member Clinton Hosie is taking on a new challenge - swimming 14km to raise funds for the Starlight Children’s Foundation as part of their Super Swim.

Every minute of every day, a child in Australia is admitted to hospital. Clinton is diving in to help bring joy, laughter, and comfort to sick kids when they need it most.

We love seeing you at PARC putting in the laps, Clinton - your dedication in and out of the pool is inspiring.

Good luck, have fun, and thank you for swimming for such an important cause!
