Ceiling works

Between now and mid-March there will be works on the ceiling occurring at the deep end of the 50m pool. From 7:30 am – 3 pm weekdays there will be sections of the walkway at the deep end of the 50m pool sectioned off. There may be temporary lap lane closures whilst works are occurring, during this time we ask that members and guests please access the grandstand side of the pool by walking via the shallow end. We apologise and thank you for your understanding on this matter. The Team at PARC.

It`s Men`s Health Week! 🏋️‍♂️

We wanted to take a moment, and share some ideas on how to incorporate more movement into your day:
🚶 Go for a walk after a meal
⚡️Use the stairs instead of the elevator
💼 If you work at a desk, try and get up and move or stretch every 30 minutes
💪 Aim to do two strength sessions per week
😄 Exercise with friends!

Congratulations to all of our members who have worked so hard over the last 4 weeks. It`s been AMAZING seeing so many members take on the challenge, and achieving their 30-20-2!
