Sauna and Steam Room closed Thursday 17 March

Please be advised that the Sauna and Steam Room will be closed for planned maintenance on Thursday 17 March, from open.

It`s Men`s Health Week! 🏋️‍♂️

We wanted to take a moment, and share some ideas on how to incorporate more movement into your day:
🚶 Go for a walk after a meal
⚡️Use the stairs instead of the elevator
💼 If you work at a desk, try and get up and move or stretch every 30 minutes
💪 Aim to do two strength sessions per week
😄 Exercise with friends!

Congratulations to all of our members who have worked so hard over the last 4 weeks. It`s been AMAZING seeing so many members take on the challenge, and achieving their 30-20-2!
