5km & 10km run/walk or children’s 2km run – Sunday 25 November

Would you like to be part of the Seaford Wetlands Fun Run but can’t make the date?
Register online and do your virtual run/walk here at PARC between Monday 19 November – Sunday 2 December. For more information talk to one of our trainers. Non PARC members can go to the desk with a copy of their registration and will be given access to the gym.

Party in the Park is back! 🥳
Come down to Cruden Farm on Sunday 12 April from 10am-3pm, and enjoy a day out of family fun at Party in the Park! Spark your imagination by dressing up as your favourite superhero character, and enjoy a range of free activities, rides, and entertainment.

Our fabulous trainers, Kristy and Jess will be on stage at 1:15pm to get you all moving and grooving 🤩

Book your spot on our giant, inflatable obstacle course, Splash Island! Slip and slide your way down its slopes, and tiptoe across balance beams – it’s the perfect aquatic challenge for adults and kids alike!

📅 Dates: Tuesday 7 April – Friday 17 April.
🕒 Time: Weekdays: 11:00am – 3:00pm (last session 2:30pm)
🤩 Cost: $6.50 per person (for Splash Island, plus pool entry)
