Attention: Critical staff shortages impacting some services

You may have seen that some businesses and aquatic facilities across the state are having to close due to staff isolating. Unfortunately, at PARC, we are not immune to this either, and find ourselves operating under critical staff shortages due to COVID.

We are doing all we can to continue to operate under these conditions, but as a result, we may need to close off certain services / facilities at certain times to ensure correct supervision at all times. Our usual hours for faculties such as waterslides may vary.

We are doing our very best to ensure we continue to deliver the highest level of customer experiences to you.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you in advance for your understanding.

Friendly reminder – our new access gates will be installed this week, Tuesday 3 March – Friday 6 March.

The works will not impact members and guests, any gates already fitted will remain in the open position, and our team will be on hand to assist. For members attending a Group Exercise Class, please be sure to check in by scanning your wristband at our kiosks.

We are excited to be improving our member and guest experience with the new access gates.

Join us for a breakfast at PINES this International Women`s Day!

International Women`s Day is recognised each year on the 8th of March to acknowledge and celebrate women`s social, economic, cultural and political achievements.

To celebrate IWD this year, our sister site, PINES, are hosting a free breakfast for our community. Head down for a morning swim and enjoy a yummy breakfast with the PINES team.

🕖 Time: 7.30am – 9.00am

📍 Where: PINES

Please note, normal entry fees apply with breakfast included in entry fee.
