Unveiling the Future of Gym Floor Group Fitness: Teambeats Launch at PARC!

PARC members, get ready to experience a fitness revolution right here on our gym floor. We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Teambeats Technology into our Powerzone classes in the Outrace.  

Powerzone classes are 30minute interval training combining the best of HITT and resistance exercises for a full body workout.  

What is Teambeats? 
We’re committed to REIMAGINING your fitness experience, and Teambeats is the next step in this journey. Designed for our Powerzone classes, this versatile technology provides real-time guidance, ensuring you get the most out of every session. With a revamped user interface and flexible class designs, Teambeats brings variety, fun, and precision to your workouts. 

Experience it for yourself: Launching Saturday 3 February  
Join us for a fun morning on Saturday 3 February as we run 3 back-to-back Powerzone classes, so as many members can try the new format as possible.  

What to Expect on Launch Day: 

  • Powerzone classes at 7:15am, 8:00am, and 8:45am 
  • Additional trainers for personalized guidance 
  • ASN Frankston hydration station to keep you energised 

Who Can Attend? 
Powerzone classes are included for free for all Full Access members, so please book in as usual via the Xplor Customer Portal

Centre Hours: 1pm – 7pm 
Waterslides: 1pm - 6pm 
Cafe: 1:30pm - 5:30pm 
PARC Swim: No Classes 
Group Exercise Classes: No classes. Book a virtual or on demand class via the Customer Portal or Peninsula Leisure Xplor app.
