Powerzone classes are 30minute interval training combining the best of HITT and resistance exercises for a full body workout.

With a revamped user interface and flexible class designs, Teambeats brings variety, fun, and precision to your workouts.

Join us for a fun morning on Saturday 3 February as we run 3 back-to-back Powerzone classes, so as many members can try the new format as possible.
What to Expect on Launch Day:
- Powerzone classes at 7:15am, 8:00am, and 8:45am
- Additional trainers for personalized guidance
- ASN Frankston hydration station to keep you energised
