Explore Under the Sea these school holidays!

Get ready to dive into PARC and explore the deep blue sea!

It’s School Holidays time at PARC, and we’ve planned hours of entertainment that kids of all ages will enjoy. Budding sea explorers will enjoy a splash in our pools, have fun submerging in the Aquatic Playground and experience our exhilarating Constrictor waterslide!

There’s also plenty of out of water fun to be had with our Under the Sea Treasure Hunt, face painting, a visit from a mermaid friend and other fun pool deck activities!

After reduced winter hours, our Constrictor waterslide hours are back to 10.00am-7.00pm weekdays, so you can enjoy hours of fun whisking through the turns and twists of the popular 114 metre long slide! Kids will also have plenty of time to explore our multi level Aquatic Playground with it opening 8.30am – 6.00pm.

Unfortunately, our Splashtown obstacle course will not be running these school holidays as we continue with repairs.

Our holiday program will run weekdays between 19 – 30 September. Visit our Centre Calendar to check activity times.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Did you know Dry Needling/Accupuncture is available from the Compass Allied Health team, located in our Allied Health Suites

Dry needling is a technique where a very fine needle is gently inserted into tight or painful muscles to release “knots” (trigger points). These tight spots can cause pain, stiffness, and reduced movement.

The goal? It help muscles relax, move better, and feel less painful.

Who can benefit?
• Athletes & active people
• Anyone with tight or stiff muscles
• Desk-related neck or back pain
• Headaches, sciatica, jaw pain (TMJ), or joint issues

Curious if dry needling is right for you? Get in touch with Compass Allied Health to book an initial consult with Jack (Giac).
⭐️ Swimming for a cause: Meet Clinton Hosie ⭐️

This February, PARC Aquatic Access member Clinton Hosie is taking on a new challenge - swimming 14km to raise funds for the Starlight Children’s Foundation as part of their Super Swim.

Every minute of every day, a child in Australia is admitted to hospital. Clinton is diving in to help bring joy, laughter, and comfort to sick kids when they need it most.

We love seeing you at PARC putting in the laps, Clinton - your dedication in and out of the pool is inspiring.

Good luck, have fun, and thank you for swimming for such an important cause!

Still buzzing from the Waterfront Festival! 🎡

What an absolutely incredible event! A massive congratulations to our Frankston Skatepark team for pulling off such an massive activation. It was fantastic to see so many local riders on the half pipe, and seeing our community rally around them and enjoying the mini skate lessons!

Rotary Peninsula 2.0's annual Duck Derby was full of fun and chaos! It was so much fun cheering on our very own duck, Percy and Hydro, to the finish line.

Thank you so much @waterfrontfest for having us! We can’t wait for next year!
