PARC at the Waterfront Festival: Saturday 10 – Sunday 11 February

Frankston’s Waterfront Fest celebrates 25 years this year!

Over two jam-packed days, the festival delivers the best live music, delicious food and drink for every member of the family, rides and amusements galore, free activities and entertainment for the kids… and don’t forget the always celebrated fireworks on the Saturday night

The PARC team will be there and our Group Exercise instructors will get everyone moving! Be sure to keep an eye out for them, and join in as they bring the moves and help you get your steps in for the day.

Date & Time: 10 February 12pm-10pm (fireworks approx 9:30pm )

11 February 2024 12pm – 8pm

One week until school holidays start! 🤩

If you’re looking for the ultimate adventure to escape the winter weather, then jump on your rocketship and blast on down to PARC! Our giant inflatable obstacle course, Splash Island, is the perfect school holiday challenge for Aquanauts big and small, with its slippery slopes, slides and balancing beams. 

🚀 Dates: Monday 29 June – Friday 10 July 

💫 Time: Weekdays: 11:00am – 3:00pm (last session 2:30pm) 

🪐 Cost: $6.50 per person (for Splash Island, plus pool entry)

It's Men's Health Week! 🏋️‍♂️

We wanted to take a moment, and share some ideas on how to incorporate more movement into your day: 
🚶 Go for a walk after a meal
⚡️Use the stairs instead of the elevator 
💼 If you work at a desk, try and get up and move or stretch every 30 minutes
💪 Aim to do two strength sessions per week 
😄 Exercise with friends!
