Christmas and New Year hours 2024

PARC Christmas and new year operating hours

Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas from everyone at PARC. Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you in the New Year! We will have a change in operation hours over the Christmas and new year period. Please find our hours for PARC, PINES and SKATE over the silly season below. 

PARC Centre opening hours
Friday 20 December – Monday 22 December: Normal hours 
Christmas Eve Tuesday 24 December: 5am – 6pm  
Christmas Day Wednesday 25 December: Closed  
Boxing Day Thursday 26 December: 7am – 7pm  
Friday 27 December – Monday 30 December: Normal hours  
New Years Eve Tuesday 31 December: 5am – 6pm  
New Year’s Day Wednesday 1 January: 7am – 7pm  

Waterslide opening hours 

Friday 20 December – Monday 22 December: weekdays 10am-7pm, weekends 10am-6pm
Christmas Eve Tuesday 24 December: 10am – 6pm  
Christmas Day Wednesday 25 December: Closed  
Thursday 26 December: Public holiday hours 10am – 6pm  
Thursday 27 December – Monday 30 December: weekdays 10am-7pm, weekends 10am-6pm  
New Years Eve Tuesday 31 December: 10am – 6pm  
New Years Day Wednesday 1 January: Public holiday hours 10am – 6pm  
Tuesday 2 January onwards (weekdays): School holiday hours 10am – 7pm  

PINES Centre hours 

Christmas Eve Tuesday 24 December: 6am-6pm 
Christmas Day, Wednesday 25 December: Closed 
New Years Eve, Tuesday 31 December: 6am-6pm 
New Years Day, Wednesday 1 January: Public holiday hours 8am-6pm 

Frankston Skate Park staffed hours
Christmas Eve Tuesday 24 December: 12pm-6pm 
Christmas Day, Wednesday 25 December: No staff hours
Thursday 26 December: 12pm – 6pm
New Years Eve, Tuesday 31 December: 12pm-6pm 
New Years Day, Wednesday 1 January: Public holiday hours 12pm-6pm 
School holidays:

  • Monday to Friday: 12pm-6pm 
  • Saturday & Sunday: 11am-7pm 

PARC Swim 

Lessons will finish on Sunday 22 December. We will be busy over the school holidays preparing for the start of Term 1, when lessons resume on Tuesday 28 January. 

Group Exercise 

Please note that for Group Exercise, we will have a limited instructor led timetable available over the Christmas period. Throughout January we will slowly ramp up the number of instructor led classes. You can view the timetable via the Customer Portal here. 

If you’re going away over the holiday period you can keep up your workout routine with PARC Plus, our digital online fitness portal. Learn more here: PARC Plus

Christmas Eve Tuesday 24 December: 8am – 3pm
Christmas Day Wednesday 25 December: CLOSED
Thursday 26 December: 8am-3pm 
New Years Eve Tuesday 31 December: 8am-3pm 
New Year’s Day Wednesday 1 January: 8am-3pm 

Childcare  

Please note, we have made the decision to permanently close the PARC Childcare service, with the final day of operation to be Friday, 20 December 2024. You can learn more about this major service update here.

Meet James, one of our incredible group exercise instructors, and winner of Group Exercise Employee of the Year at our 2026 Celebrating Success Awards Night!

James loves helping people discover the power of strength training and finding the right balance; challenging yourself while having fun and supporting each other along the way. James teaches Bodypump and Strength and Development – expect good vibes, motivating music and expert coaching through controlled reps and longer recoveries.

His classes are always a favourite among members, so if you get the chance, book into one of his sessions and experience the fun for yourself.
