Christmas and New Year hours 2024

PARC Christmas and new year operating hours

Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas from everyone at PARC. Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you in the New Year! We will have a change in operation hours over the Christmas and new year period. Please find our hours for PARC, PINES and SKATE over the silly season below. 

PARC Centre opening hours
Friday 20 December – Monday 22 December: Normal hours 
Christmas Eve Tuesday 24 December: 5am – 6pm  
Christmas Day Wednesday 25 December: Closed  
Boxing Day Thursday 26 December: 7am – 7pm  
Friday 27 December – Monday 30 December: Normal hours  
New Years Eve Tuesday 31 December: 5am – 6pm  
New Year’s Day Wednesday 1 January: 7am – 7pm  

Waterslide opening hours 

Friday 20 December – Monday 22 December: weekdays 10am-7pm, weekends 10am-6pm

Frankston Skate Park staffed hours
Christmas Eve Tuesday 24 December: 12pm-6pm 
Christmas Day, Wednesday 25 December: No staff hours
Thursday 26 December: 12pm – 6pm
New Years Eve, Tuesday 31 December: 12pm-6pm 
New Years Day, Wednesday 1 January: Public holiday hours 12pm-6pm 
School holidays:

  • Monday to Friday: 12pm-6pm 
  • Saturday & Sunday: 11am-7pm 

PARC Swim 

Lessons will finish on Sunday 22 December. We will be busy over the school holidays preparing for the start of Term 1, when lessons resume on Tuesday 28 January. 

Group Exercise 

Please note that for Group Exercise, we will have a limited instructor led timetable available over the Christmas period. Throughout January we will slowly ramp up the number of instructor led classes. You can view the timetable via the Customer Portal here.

Childcare  

Please note, we have made the decision to permanently close the PARC Childcare service, with the final day of operation to be Friday, 20 December 2024. You can learn more about this major service update here.

We know that it can be tricky to make it into Centre over the long weekend, so whether you`re cheering for your team or juggling school holiday activities, we`ve made it easy to squeeze in a workout from home.

Celebrate Seniors Festival at PARC 🏊🏋️‍♂️

We are partnering with Frankston City Council to celebrate Frankston’s thriving over-60s community!

During the month of October, we will be hosting a range of free activities designed to support healthy, active living, including an educational 30-20-2 Seminar, and a fully subsidised Can Swim water safety program.

🕐 Time: 2.00pm – 2.30pm �
🏊 Where: PARC
🎟️ Cost: Free
Bookings are open for both members and non-members over 60, via the Customer Portal or our Customer Experience team.

Seniors Festival Can Swim Adult Program
📅 Dates: Every Tuesday in October (You can book for one session all)
🕐 Time: 8.00am – 8.45am
🎟️ Cost: Free
Bookings are open for both members and non-members aged over 60 years old, via the Can Swim page on our website.

Booking into one of our Splash Island Sessions is easy on the Xplor App! Just follow these simple instructions, to secure your spot!

1. Login into the Xplor App
2. Click browse, and type "Splash Island" into the search bar
3. Select the date, and scroll to the time slot you`d like to book
4. Click register, and select your attendees
5. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions
6. Select add to cart, and then view cart, to view your booking
7. Press checkout, fill out your details as prompted and then press confirm purchase, to finalise your booking.

Sessions will run on weekdays of the school holidays from, Monday 21 September – Friday 2 October, (excluding the Grand Final public holiday). Bookings are essential and open 3 days prior to sessions.
