As we count down the days to Santa’s visit, the Centre hours will differ slightly from usual operations.

Pines Centre opening hours:

Christmas Eve – Saturday 24 December – 8am – 6pm
Christmas Day – Sunday 25 December – Closed
Boxing Day Monday – 26 December – 8am – 6pm
Public holiday – Tuesday 27 December – 8am – 6pm
Wednesday 28 Friday 30 December – 6am – 7pm
New Years Eve – Saturday 31 December – 8am – 6pm
New Years Day – Sunday 1 January – 8am – 6pm
Public holiday – Monday 2 January – 8am – 6pm

Important Centre Update: Main Pool Hall Closure
Thursday 31 July, back open on Monday 18 August

Please be advised that the entire Main Pool Hall will be closed from Thursday 31 July to Monday 18 August to allow for essential, unplanned boiler replacement works. During this period, there will also be no hot water to the showers Centre-wide.

One of the most important systems in our facility is the boiler system, which heats our pools and showers. Unfortunately, we recently experienced an unexpected fault that impacted heating water. As a result, we’re fast-tracking a major replacement to this critical system to restore full comfort and ensure long-term reliability. To safely complete these works, the entire Main Pool Hall will be closed from Thursday 31 July to Monday 18 August.

The Warm Water Pool and Spa remain operating as normal.

🏊 50m Pool reopening Monday 28 July. Water temperature is cooler than usual 🏊

Woo hoo, we`re back! 👏👏👏

We’re excited to confirm that our 50m pool will reopen, as planned, tomorrow Monday 28 July from open at 5.00am!

A huge thank you for your patience and support over the past four weeks while we completed essential tile replacement works. The upgrades are now finished and the pool is looking fantastic. The space is now even safer and more enjoyable for all our swimmers.

However, due to an unexpected and unrelated issue with our boiler system, the water temperature will be a little cooler than usual for the first few days. While it’s perfectly safe to swim, it may not suit everyone.

Here’s what you need to know:
💦 The pool is open for lap swimming and recreational use from tomorrow morning, Monday 28 July
💦 The water will feel a few degrees cooler than usual (wet suits optional 😉)
💦 Programming in the 50m pool is on hold for now, including: PARC Swim lessons (those scheduled in the 50m on Mon 28 & Tues 29 July) and Aqua Group Exercise classes (remaining in the Warm Water Pool).

We’re working hard to return temperatures to usual, and hope to resume programming on Wednesday 30 July.

A group of Active Movers have committed to taking a Daffodil Day Cold plunge, in an effort to raise awareness for cancer research. These amazing people, who all met through PARC, are committed to supporting each other through the Highs and the Lows. We love our amazing PARC community 🌼

A group of Active Movers have committed to taking a Daffodil Day Cold plunge, in an effort to raise awareness for cancer research. These amazing people, who all met through PARC, are committed to supporting each other through the Highs and the Lows. We love our amazing PARC community 🌼

Please note the Sauna will be closed for tiling replacement works from Monday 28 July to Saturday 30 August. 🛠

The maintenance works include demolishing current tiles, retiling, and replacement of all internal timber.

The Steam Room, Spa and Warm Water Pool will remain open as normal. ✅

This is the final stage of the Rolling Tile Replacement Project. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to enhance your PARC experience with these important upgrades.

Join our Pre-Teen and Teen Can Swim Program this August & September.

When it comes to staying safe in and around water, teenagers are one of the most at risk groups due to a lack of swimming ability.

The fully subsidised swim program for pre-teens and teens is the perfect opportunity for young people to build confidence in the water and develop essential life-saving skills.
