Come down to PARC these April school holidays!

Head down to PARC for a fun family day out these school holidays!   We have your fun family day sorted with our Aquatic Playground and green Constrictor waterslide. We will also have other exciting activities including face painting, balloon twisting and there may even be a visit from the Easter Bunny (shhhh, it’s a surprise)!    Unfortunately, our famous Splashtown obstacle course is having a rest these school holidays, as we make repairs on some of the elements. We will be back with our full Splashy obstacle course for our Winter School Holiday program, in June.    Our holiday program will run from Monday 11 April – Friday 22 April, excluding Public Holidays.

Achieving your 30-20-2 is easier than you think! 🏋️

Our formula is designed so that you can be active anywhere, anytime. We know it can be more difficult to get your movement in when the weather is cooler, so we wanted to share some simple exercises that you can do at home, without any equipment needed.

30-20-2 is all about movement in ways that work for you, so remember:
✅ Moving doesn`t need to be overwhelming. You can break up your exercise into smaller bite size pieces, such as taking ten minutes three times a day to get your movement in.
✅ Everybody`s fitness level and ability is different, so doing altered movements does not have any less of a positive impact.
✅ Prioritising your health and wellbeing goals doesn’t just improve your fitness, it changes how you feel, think, and connect with the world around you.
