How to cancel Splashtown obstacle course session

Have you booked a Splashtown obstacle course session for the school holidays and need to cancel it?
Here are the easy to follow instructions:

  1. Login to your Eventbrite account
  2. Navigate to the top right corner of your browser, and click on the downward arrow near your user profile.
  3. Click on Tickets in the drop down menu.
  4. Click on the PARC Summer splash event ticket.
  5. Click on the Cancel Order button on the left hand side.
  6. Select the Yes, Cancel This Order

You should receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite that your order for the event has been canceled.

If you experience any issues in cancelling your booking after trying the above steps, please email our helpful team at info@parcfrankston.com.au.

Friendly reminder – our new access gates will be installed this week, Tuesday 3 March – Friday 6 March.

The works will not impact members and guests, any gates already fitted will remain in the open position, and our team will be on hand to assist. For members attending a Group Exercise Class, please be sure to check in by scanning your wristband at our kiosks.

We are excited to be improving our member and guest experience with the new access gates.

Join us for a breakfast at PINES this International Women`s Day!

International Women`s Day is recognised each year on the 8th of March to acknowledge and celebrate women`s social, economic, cultural and political achievements.

To celebrate IWD this year, our sister site, PINES, are hosting a free breakfast for our community. Head down for a morning swim and enjoy a yummy breakfast with the PINES team.

🕖 Time: 7.30am – 9.00am

📍 Where: PINES

Please note, normal entry fees apply with breakfast included in entry fee.
