Celebrate Dad this Father’s Day!

Father’s Day is our chance to say thanks to all the legendary Pappa Bears out there, and we want to help you celebrate the special Dads and father figures in your life.
COMPETITION DAY: Who would like to spoil their Dad with a one-month free membership to PARC?
Simply tag a superhero father figure on our giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram, and tell us what makes him so special to you in the comments section, and he will go into the draw to win. One comment and tag equals one entry, and yes, you can nominate more than one superhero dad. Entries close on Sunday 5 September at 5.00pm, AEST. The winner will be drawn at random and notified on Thursday 9 September.

Don’t worry, we have you covered on PARC Your Way with two awesome LIVE sessions for the whole family! 10am – Family HIIT with Mary
  • Family orientated, freestyle session with plenty of options for everyone
  • Finishing with mindfulness experience, meditation and stretch.
11am – Family Zumba, Dance off! with July
  • That’s right…it’s a good old fashion Family Dance Off session and fun for the whole family!
  • Dad moves welcomes and absolutely encouraged!

Our 30-20-2 Winter Challenge is just around the corner! 🎉

It kicks off in just over a week, on Monday 18 May and will run for four weeks until Sunday 14 June.

All you need to do is grab a card from Reception, attend PARC 12 times over the four weeks of the challenge and you will go into the draw to win 1 of 50 limited edition PARC winter scarves!
