PARC opens at 6pm!

We are beyond excited to welcome you back from 6pm tomorrow. That’s right, PARC will reopen our doors again to fully vaccinated patrons and staff from 6pm Friday 29 October!

The density quotient of 1 person per 4sqm means all our usual programs and services can recommence, and we can get back to doing what we love – activating and engaging our amazing community.

 Centre Access

To keep the community safe, we have strict Conditions of Entry, including sighting evidence of full vaccination prior to entry, QR Code Check Ins, and mask wearing indoors.

View our Covid safe information HERE

Reminders about our reopen

  • Group Exercise Timetable: Resumes from Saturday 30 October. There will be limited classes over the Cup Weekend, with an updated timetable resuming Wednesday 3 November. Bookings open Friday 29 October at midday.
  • Density quotient: We must operate with a density quotient of 1 person per 4sqm, this means our Spa, Sauna, Steam Room and Cycle Room will have lower capacity.
  • Pools still warming up: Due to hitting the vaccination milestone earlier than expected, our pool is still coming up to ideal temperature, and may be 1-2degrees less than expected when we open our doors. Bear with us – we are heating our hearts out!
  • Waterslides and birthday parties are not available as part of our initial reopen.

All memberships will be reactivated

For the period of our closure, all memberships were placed on hold and you were not charged. We are reactivating all Full Access (Complete) and Aquatic Access memberships from reopen, with our first direct debit to run on Monday 1 November. PARC Swim will be reactivated on Monday 8 November. If you are not yet ready to return, please suspend your membership here: Suspend My Membership

THANK YOU FOR SUPPORT

We are nearly there team! We are so excited to get back to Centre, and we’re so grateful for the going support we have received through this lockdown and closure period – thank you, it means so much to the entire team here at PARC.

We can’t wait to see you!
