Sunday is Father’s Day, our chance to say thanks to all the legendary Pappa Bears out there. It will certainly be a different Father’s Day this year, with activity options very limited. To help you celebrate the day with your special man, here’s some inspo for activities from PARC:

Give him an Online Personal Training Session

Why not gift your dad or partner an Online Personal Training session from PARC? With group sessions available, you could both sign up and workout together from your homes! PARC Your Way is our online exercise platform, offering over 400+ videos of classes and workouts, with LIVE classes running daily. We have some fun Family Sessions you could do together this Sunday.
