Father’s Day Inspo

Sunday is Father’s Day, our chance to say thanks to all the legendary Pappa Bears out there. It will certainly be a different Father’s Day this year, with activity options very limited. To help you celebrate the day with your special man, here’s some inspo for activities from PARC:
Give him an Online Personal Training Session 
Why not gift your dad or partner an Online Personal Training session from PARC? With group sessions available, you could both sign up and workout together from your homes! Do a Family Session on PARC Your Way
PARC Your Way is our online exercise platform, offering over 400+ videos of classes and workouts, with LIVE classes running daily. We have some fun Family Sessions you could do together this Sunday. In iso, with your whole family home most of the time, it can be hard to have the time and headspace to workout without the distraction of fatherly responsibilities. Supporting Our Community: Free Period Products available at PARC

We’re excited to be part of the Victorian Government’s Free Pads and Tampons in Public Places Program, and have two new smart sanitary dispenser`s product installed in our change rooms.

How the dispensers work:

🧡 Products are dispensed free of charge
🧡 Simply follow the instructions displayed on the front of the machine
🧡 A short delay between dispenses helps ensure fair access and reduces wastage

We’re proud to be participating in this program and helping support our community. By providing free access to essential products, we’re ensuring our members and guests can focus on their health and wellbeing without added barriers.
