Join us as we Push-Up for better mental health

Push-Up Challenge dates, 1 - 25 June

Get fit, have fun and learn about mental health by taking part in the Push-Up Challenge 2021.  

Starting June 1, join our PARC community and help us reach 3,318+ push-ups over 25 days to acknowledge the number of lives lost to suicide in 2019.

Sounds like too many push-ups? Don’t worry! Individual participants can choose their target, and can aim for 10%, 25%, 50% or even 100% of the goal amount.  

The Push-Up Challenge is proudly supporting The Push For Better Foundation, headspace, and Lifeline, and is a great initiative to educate and shine a light on mental wellbeing.  

Join via the PARC Fit app to have your push-ups included in our final tally.
