Meet PARC member, Bree Carlton

Meet PARC member, Bree Carlton, a highly dedicated PARC Fitter and avid runner.

PARC trainer, Chris Rich, caught up with Bree to find out what she loves about PARC Fit.

“My PARC Fit journey began in 2015 and since then I have been involved with every PARC Fit season. I just love this program and it is the best thing about my PARC membership. My goal was to get stronger and challenge myself. I had no idea what a massive impact it would have on my health, wellbeing and life. I have had an awesome time trying activities I never thought I would try; I’ve enjoyed being encouraged to push my body to realise new limits and working with others has been a massive motivating force in my PARC Fit experience. Through PARC Fit I’ve discovered I’m a natural and passionate runner and I am now fitter, stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my life. But the best thing is that I have met and formed bonds with some of the most awesome people who have become life friends. Each morning there is hard work but there is also laughter, music and loads of joking around and fun. I’ve had the pleasure of working with a number of great trainers and they have all been supportive and fantastic in their unique ways. I was never an active person before 2015 but the camaraderie and close community formed with the fellow parcfitters and trainers has had a cumulative effect over multiple seasons in that training is now an essential part of my lifestyle just because it is so much fun.”
