Nicole Ross – Customer Service Officer of the Year

We are proud and excited to introduce you to Nicole Ross, the winner of the Customer Service Officer of the Year award at the 2022 Victorian Aquatic and Recreation Awards! Nicole has been a part of the Peninsula Leisure team for over 7 years, and in her time has worked across different areas of the business, and has been an important member of our Customer Experience team for the last 3 years. To win an individual award is an incredible achievement, and we are so proud of her. Nicole, thank you for your commitment to Peninsula Leisure, our members, visitors, and the wider Frankston community. Meet Caz! 🚴‍♀️

Caz has been part of Team PARC since doors opened in 2014! She teaches RPM, Les Mills Shapes and Reformer Pilates.

Caz is passionate about creating classes that are FUN, welcoming and challenging for everyone, catering for all fitness levels. Her classes are all about good vibes, feeling included and having fun while you move. Her approachable style and supportive energy make it easy for everyone to feel seen, comfortable and part of the group.

Caz always loves to welcome new faces to her classes, so if you get the chance, book into one of her sessions and experience the fun for yourself!

💫 Time: Weekdays: 11:00am – 3:00pm (last session 2:30pm)

🪐 Cost: $6.50 per person (for Splash Island, plus pool entry)
