Nicole Ross – Customer Service Officer of the Year

We are proud and excited to introduce you to Nicole Ross, the winner of the Customer Service Officer of the Year award at the 2022 Victorian Aquatic and Recreation Awards! Nicole has been a part of the Peninsula Leisure team for over 7 years, and in her time has worked across different areas of the business, and has been an important member of our Customer Experience team for the last 3 years. To win an individual award is an incredible achievement, and we are so proud of her. Nicole, thank you for your commitment to Peninsula Leisure, our members, visitors, and the wider Frankston community.
