PARC Fit Outdoor round 2 kicks off Monday 29 April. Join the challenge and be a part of a supportive outdoor group training team.

  • 8-week outdoor group training program
  • 3 x 1 hour sessions a week (Green + Red Teams)
  • 2 x 45 minute sessions a week (Yellow Team)
