Silent Wellness Classes

Silent Wellness Classes

Experience our mindbody classes in a whole new way. Clear your mind and switch off this busy Christmas period and join us for a range of silent outdoor classes. Supplied headsets will block out all sounds except the instructors voice and music; allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the movements.

Meet in the PARC Foyer

Classes will be held on the grass near the waterslides (weather dependent).

PARC’s Christmas Hours 🎅🎄

A friendly reminder that we will be closing at 6.00pm on Christmas Eve, Wednesday 24 December, and will be CLOSED Christmas Day, Thursday 25 December.

We will be back open on Boxing Day, Friday 26 December, with reduced opening hours, from 7am- 7pm.
