Strong for Life 12 Week Program

Looking to build confidence, independence and physical strength?

The Strong for Life group training program can help you achieve all of the above in a social environment. Be part of an ongoing fitness program run by Kath in the gym, focussing on appropriate technique and intensity. The Strong for Life program consists of 4 stages, each stage being 12 weeks in duration:
Bronze | Silver | Gold | Platinum.

Bronze stage begins Tuesday 5 February and runs for 12 weeks.

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays 8am – 9am
Cost: $8 session, $16 a week – direct debit or upfront options.
What’s included:
  • 2 sessions a week, increasing as the stages progress
  • 1 on 1 assessments at the beginning and end of each stage
  • Education week
  • Certificate of greatness upon completion of each stage
  • Social interaction with your training group (max 12 people)
