The weekly challenge: Attend PARC a minumum of 3 times per week from 5 – 30 August and receive weekly prizes! Ask a trainer or instructor to sign off your card each time to validate your visit. Join trainer Tom in our Nourish for Fat Loss Seminar, with a focus on macros and food labels.
Weight Management 🥗 | Tuesday 13th
Expand on last week’s seminar where trainers Tom and Mel will hone in on more holistic optimal health for fat loss techniques, focusing on sleep and stress.
Exercise Technique 💪 | Wednesday 21st
Learn the fundamentals of safe and effective squatting techniques from our personal trainer’s Jayden and Andrew! Some of the topics covered will be: biomechanics of the downward phase and upward phase, the “hinge” technique, foot placement, common cues and even an opportunity for practical application with the free-weights themselves!
Mindfulness 🧘| Wednesday 28th
Zsuzsa Toth is a Kinesiologist & Life Strategist. In this one hour FREEDOM to feel GOOD presentation, she will educate you on how you create your mental, emotional & physical wellness. Supporting Our Community: Free Period Products available at PARC 

We’re excited to be part of the Victorian Government’s Free Pads and Tampons in Public Places Program, and have two new smart sanitary dispenser's product installed in our change rooms. 

How the dispensers work:

🧡 Products are dispensed free of charge 
🧡 Simply follow the instructions displayed on the front of the machine 
🧡 A short delay between dispenses helps ensure fair access and reduces wastage 

We’re proud to be participating in this program and helping support our community. By providing free access to essential products, we’re ensuring our members and guests can focus on their health and wellbeing without added barriers.

It’s the last week of our 30-20-2 Movement Challenge! 

It’s been so amazing to see so many members of our PARC Fam take on the challenge over the last four weeks! If you completed the AMRAP in Week 1, make sure to do it again this week and record your results to get an extra entry into the prize draw.
