You Time Yoga at PARC Frankston

We’re excited to partner with Frankston’s South Side Festival to host a special You Time Yoga class.

Treat yourself with some relaxation, mindfulness and gentle activity to really give yourself the ‘me-time’ that you deserve.

This event is free and is open to members and casual visitors, so you can bring a friend and let them experience our calming slow flow yoga session.

The class is Sunday 19 May at 4.30pm.

Expressions of Interest are open for our Can Swim Infant Water Familiarisation program 👶

Participate together with your child and learn the fundamentals of water familiarisation to begin their swimming and water safety journey. This program equips parents with the skills and knowledge to practise in their own time and build essential, foundational skills with their child.

Who: Children aged 6 months – 2 years 11 months (with a parent/carer in the water)
What: Learn water familiarisation fundamentals and build early safety skills together
When: Mon 23, Wed 25 & Fri 27 February 2026
Sessions: 30 mins at 8:30am or 11:10am
Cost: Fully subsidised

Australia Day public holiday opening hours

We`re open Monday 26 January for the Australia Day public holiday.

The Centre will be operating on reduced public holiday hours,

– PARC Centre Hours 7am – 7pm

– Waterslides open: 10am – 6pm

– Cafe hours: 8am – 5pm

– PARC Swim: No lessons on Monday 26 January but resume Tuesday 27 January

– Group exercise: reduced timetable, see the Customer Portal for class details and to book in.

Participation in this program is a mark of excellence within our industry, and achieving these scores reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire team.
