How long can you balance for?
Our Active movers class tried their luck with the Stork challenge today!
Sixty seconds balancing on one leg followed by balancing on the same leg with their eyes closed for as long as they can.
They all did amazingly well with loads of laughs along the way with their trainer Alanah.

April is a busy month with School Holidays, Easter and the ANZAC Day Public Holiday, so we wanted to provide you with an update on opening hours and operations.
Centre Hours:
Good Friday, Friday 18 April – Closed
Easter Sunday, Sunday 20 April – 7am – 7pm
Easter Monday, Monday 21 April – 7am – 7pm
ANZAC Day, Monday 25 April – 1pm – 7pm
PARC Swim: Term break, no classes 17 Apr – 21 Apr (Classes resume 22 Apr)
Group Exercise: Reduced timetable, check Customer Portal for classes.

It’s been so great for the younger riders to get in amongst the action with the older BMX riders. We’ve been watching their progression over the past couple of months and it’s been awesome seeing them pushing themselves.

@frankston_skatepark will be hosting a bowl Jam to celebrate another year of monthly events on the 15th of December at 1pm, in lieu of of our traditional last Sunday of the month Jam.
A huge thank you to everyone who has participated over the year, these events wouldn’t happen without you!
