Les Mills Workshops

Les Mills Workshops June 2018

Join in the fun!

To upskill our instructors, we are hosting Les Mills training on Saturday 23 June. There will be a revised class timetable on this day. Members are welcome to join in.
 
STUDIO 1
7.45am Cx Worx
8.20am Body attack
9.30am RPM
10.30am Body balance + education
12.15pm Les Mills Barre + education
1.00pm Body Pump + education
2.45pm Body Combat + education
 
STUDIO 2
Classes as normal.
 
CYCLE STUDIO
Classes as normal except 9.20am RPM will be replaced with 9.30am master class.

This week, show support to our boys in Green and Gold or whoever you are backing in the World Cup by wearing your team colours to train in the Gym!

All you need to do is get one of our friendly gym team members to take a photo of you in team colours at PARC and you will go in the draw to win a PARC prize pack.

A friendly reminder that your PARC parking permit may be due to expire at the end of this month.

Please ensure you check the expiry date on your permit and come into reception to collect a new parking permit in exchange for your old permit.
