This survey is being conducted by Swinburne University, and all responses will be treated in strictest confidence.

Prize draw

As an incentive, all completed surveys go into the draw to win 1 of 3 $100 Rebel Sport Vouchers. There are three prizes in total to be won. To be in the draw to win, you will need to provide preferred contact details at the end of the survey and the winner will be notified by email.

It might be getting colder outside, but now is actually the best time to keep your kids swimming.

New research from Royal Life Saving – Australia has revealed that nearly half of Aussie kids can`t swim 50 metres or tread water for two minutes. It’s a worrying trend that’s putting young lives at risk.

P – Posture and Balance – Test your posture and balance with wall angels and the stalk test
A – Athletic – Assess your athleticism with a seated medicine ball throw or a vertical jump
C – Core – Challenge your core strength with a plank and grip strength test
E – Endurance – Pump up the pace with our cardio challenge – 500m row or 3min stair climber for best time and furthest distance.

Set your pace with one challenge or change it up and attempt as many as you like!

Completing week 1 and week 4 of a mini-challenge, will get you 1 EXTRA ENTRY into the draw to win 1 of the 100 limited edition PARC beanies.
