PARC Fit Running Workshop

PARC Fit running workshop

Jay and Chris will be presenting a workshop covering all things running related!

  • Wednesday 24 October 7pm – 8pm
  • PARC Creche and gym
  • Bring running gear, water & workout towel
  • FREE for members

Demonstration of gym running equipment:
  • Demo on Skillrun and features to include speed, power, agility and stamina
  • What is the difference between Skillrun in contrast to Skillmill
  • Demo on treadmill features including: speed shift, marathon runs, outdoor feature, creating your own intervals, compatibility with apps, netflix etc
PARC Fit Run: Matt from LifeCare will also join us to discuss the following:
  • Signs you may need orthotics and how to pick the right footwear
  • Benefits of treadmill training (a physio perspective)
  • How to prevent injury on the treadmill
  • Run analysis on the treadmill

Book your spot on our giant, inflatable obstacle course, Splash Island! Slip and slide your way down its slopes, and tiptoe across balance beams – it’s the perfect aquatic challenge for adults and kids alike!
