The Pines Aquathon Summer Series

Join us for our very first Pines Aquathon Series at Pines Forest Aquatic Centre and Monterey Community Park. There are five different events in the series, each with an increasing distance for the run and swim.

🏃Monday 4 Feb Kids 100m swim, 1km run Adults 300m swim, 3km run
🏊Monday 18 Feb Kids 100m swim, 1.5km run Adults 300m swim, 4km run 🏃Monday 4 March Kids 200m swim, 2km run Adults 400m swim, 4km run
🏊Monday 18 March Kids 200m swim, 3km run Adults 400m swim, 5km run 🏃Monday 25 March Kids 200m swim 3km run 100m swim Adults 300m swim 3km run 300m swim
Time:
  • Registration 6.30pm
  • Event briefing 6:45pm
  • Kids race start 7:00pm
  • Adults race start at the conclusion of the kids race
Adults (18+): $15 per event, sign up for the series for $60
Kids (10 – 18 years): $10 per event, sign up for the series for only $40
Cost includes entry into the event, sausage in bread and a drink on completion. 
Prerequisites: Must be able to competently swim 100m.
What to bring: bathers, goggles, towel, running gear, running shoes, change of clothes, drink bottle.
Refunds will be issued to participants in the case that the event is cancelled.

Join the 30-20-2 Movement Challenge! All you need to do is grab a card from Reception, attend PARC 12 times over the four weeks of the challenge and you will go into the draw to win 1 of 50 limited edition PARC winter scarves.

Roll into action at Frankston Skate Park! 🛹 

Come on down for a fun filled afternoon at our Family Fun Day on Saturday 9 May. Enjoy free skate clinics, skateboard and equipment hire, plus a community sausage sizzle! 

When: Saturday 9 May 2025, 12.00pm – 3.00pm 

Where: Frankston Skate Park 

Open to all ages and abilities. Bookings for the skate clinics will be open via the Skate Park Customer Portal.

Meet Rachel, one of our wonderful Group Exercise Class Instructors! 💃🪩

Rachel has been a member at PARC since 2019 and loved it so much that she joined team PARC as an instructor in 2023! She is known for her high energy, bubbly personality and action-packed classes! 

You may have caught snippets of her fun and high energy classes on our socials. She teaches both Zumba and Power Zone, and is trained in Zumba, Strong Nation, Zumba/Lift. 

Rachel’s classes are always a favourite among our members, so if you get the chance, book into one of her sessions and experience the fun for yourself!
